After hearing the arguments the chairman instructed

Minutes of 'Meeting held on Jan 26thl932p& Public Hearing,
held on February 15th, 19329read and approved.
In regard to supplies for the "swisor the following
resolution was adopted,.
Resolution #11 'Introduced by Clerk 'Turner,seconed by
Justice Ellsworthtall present voting in the affirmative.
It was resolved that the Supervisor be and is hereby
authorised to order the necessary supplies for Supervisor' s
Office.
Resolution #1 ,Introdue'ed. by Justice Garrant seconded by
Justice Nobles,all present voting in the affirmative,it was
resolved that the Town Board recommends that the . Town Supt.
of Highways,Arthur H.Stone, take the matter of erection of the
necessary signs near the Railroad Crossing on Lower Warren Street
up with County Supt.of Highways and purchase on recomondation
of Supt.1furray,the necessary signs and erect same.

resolved that the chairman be and is hereby authorized to appoint
