MIERFAS, The Town Board of the Town of -%ueenebury duly established
West Glens Falls Water District in said town and consent of the
Comproller to establisV,the same was duly obtained and said order establishing
the Distric6 and consent of the Comptroller were duly filed in Warren County
Clerk's Office andapp3Aeation was duly made to the Water Power and Control
Commission and a hearing on said .petition was held in West Glens Falls and
an order was duly made by said` Commission•Vt, the 30th, day of August,19371
approving said application, maps and plans for the establishmentof said
Water District, and
VHEREAS,Jlpplication was duly made to the Works Progress Adminstration
that the said system be constructed am a WPA project and said system is now
being constrocted under said project, and
WHERFAS,The petition of the taxpayers presented to the Town Board praying
'or establishment of said Water District consented that bonds be issued for payment
if the iodaV of such construction to the amount of $200600.00, and
'9ix34&S, for the purpose of temporarily financing said project and paying
,or the cost of material and othereost of construction and in anticipation of
suing bonds of the town queensbury for payment of said cost, it is
