Resolved that the Property as shown on a Deed, Garner Ave. and Caroline Atr
conveyed in a deed dated June 26th, 1937 by W. Darwin Hovey and Frances-M.
Hovey, his wife, to the Town of Queen.sbury, tie and hereby accepted., subjedt to the
approval of County Superintendent of highways Bertram E. Murray.

$700.00, payable at the Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company tWo months
from datie thereof, with interest at the rate Of four per-cent, it is further
RESOLVED ,That the Supervison be and hereby is authorized to pay
interest on note for which this renewal is given.

Bred Hovey and Fred Bascom called on the Town Board in regard to a drainage
on Garrison Road.
Albert Ouderkikk called on the Town Board in regard to the building of a
culvert on the Meadow Brook Road,
7rank Moore and Mr. Davis the W.P.A. engineer called on -the Town Board to
findrdutowhat action was taken by the Board on the Assembly point Road.

IT WAS RESOL' :-°That the 'Town Board hereby authorises and directs the Supervisor
and 'Town Clerk to issue a certificate of Indebtness for the sun of $1000,00 (one
thousand) Dollars for the W.P.A. side walk project with interest not to exceed
0 to the Glens Fails National Bank and 'Trust Co. at Glens Walla, N.Y.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes- Mr. Been, Mr, Nobles,` Mr. Lampson, Mr. Bentley and Mr. Fowler.
Noes- None.
Mr. Bentley offered the following preamble and resolution, which was seconded
by Mr. Been:

resolution approving certain work relief projects, to wit:
