WHEREAS, pursuant to the resolution passed by this
Board on April 15, 1939, 418,OOp West Glens Falls Vdater- District
Bonds of the 'Town of Queensbury have been duly advertised for
sale on notice published in the Glens Falls Times, the official #�
newspaper of said 1'own, sealed proposals to be received and
considered at 10 o' clock A.M. , Eastern Standard Time, on the
25th day of April , 1939; and.

AHEREAS, the highest and best bid complying With the
terms of sale, at such lowest rate of interest was the bid of

RESOLVED, that the bid of the said E.H.Rollins & Sons
be and the same is hereby
accepted, and said 418,000 West Glens Falls ui'ater District
Bonds ' bearing interest at the rate of 2.20 per centum
per annum., are hereby awarded to the said E.H.Rollins &
Sons, Inc. at the price aforesaid. '
