To follow up on the failed septic systems at Forest Park,Please find attached four PDF files showing
the design and layout for the replacement septic system at the following four locations:
Gregwood Circle:LOTS #12-14
Gregwood Circle:LOT #16
Timber Lane:LOT #9
Timber Lane:LOTS #11 &15
|have attached an overall map of Forest Park for your use.
John -Stone Industries will be submitting the Town permit application directly to you.
Once installed,|will submit an as-built drawing to both of you for your files.
