317.2001 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BAY RIDGE VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY, INC. TO RELOCATE RADIO TOWER AND ANTENNA AND ASSOCIATED STRUCTURES TO TOWN OF QUEENSBURY LANDFILL RESOLUTION NO.: 317, 2001 INTRODUCED BY: Mr. Daniel Stec WHO MOVED ITS ADOPTION SECONDED BY: Mr. Theodore Turner WHEREAS, the Bay Ridge Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. (Fire Company) recently sought approval from the Town of Queensbury Planning Board (Planning Board ) and Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) to relocate the Fire Company’s 60’ emergency services wireless communications tower and antenna (tower) presently located at the Fire Company’s Station 1 on Sunnyside Road to the Queensbury Landfill located at 1396 Ridge Road, and th WHEREAS, on July 18, 2001, the ZBA approved the Fire Company’s Use Variance No.: 50-2001 to relocate the tower, and th WHEREAS, on July 24, 2001, the Planning Board approved the Fire Company’s Site Plan Application No.: 29-2001 concerning the tower relocation, and WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to now authorize the Fire Company’s relocation request, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Queensbury Town Board hereby approves and authorizes Bay Ridge Volunteer Fire Company, Inc., to relocate the Fire Company’s 60’ emergency services wireless communications tower and antenna presently located at the Fire Company’s Station 1 on Sunnyside Road, Queensbury to the Queensbury Landfill located at 1396 Ridge Road, Queensbury as authorized and approved by the Town of Queensbury Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals. th Duly adopted this 6 day of August, 2001 by the following vote: AYES : Mr. Brewer, Mr. Brower, Mr. Turner, Mr. Stec NOES : None ABSENT: Mr. Martin
