Re: Homestead Village Mobile Home Park
Lots 7 & 8 Windsong
Dear John:
To complete some missing file information I have researched our installation records for the
referenced Homestead Village property. The original design plan date was June 22, 2007 and
the installation was conducted on November 2, 2007. In February of 2008 EDP prepared an
existing conditions plan which reflected a revision to the original design plan made during the
November 2007 installation.
On November 2, 20071 visited the above referenced Homestead Village Mobile Home Park lot.
The purpose of this visit was to observe the installation of the new septic system designed by
EDP dated June 22, 2007.
Based on my review of the plans and observation of the installation it is my opinion that the
installation of the system is in compliance with the intent of the design plans. Note that a
revision to the design plan was made with the addition of a new 1250 gallon septic tank
replacing the existing tank. An `existing conditions plan' is attached which reflects the revised
installation at the time of the construction Please contact me should you have any questions
regarding this system.
Sincerely,
EN}►' MA CE—Z.l!DY
