In accordance with our phone conversation, we have prepared the attached Building
Permit Application for fagade work at the above referenced facility. There will be neither
additional floor space added nor modifications to any of the mechanical/electrical
systems. The scope of work entails re-facing the existing metal fagade panel with an
Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) and construction of an entrance tower at the
front entrance. I have enclosed structural drawings prepared by Andrew J. Donovan PE
PC as well as architectural drawings prepared by Northfield Design for your review and
comment. Upon your review, we will have a check forwarded for the fee amount.
