MAINTENANCE PROJECT: Construct Corner Office
LOCATION: GLENVIEW DAY HABILITATION PROGRAM; 691 Glen St., Queensbury
SCOPE OF WORK
1. Remove and discard existing suspended ceiling and grid work in area where new room is to be
placed.
2. Build two new walls with 20-gauge metal framing, in location specified in attached schematic.
3. Install electrical outlets and one light switch, per code.
4. Install sound deadening insulation in the two new walls.5. Cover new walls with 5/8" fire-rated sheet rock.

painting.
12. Paint walls with one coat of primer, and two coats latex egg shell interior paint, color to be
customer's choice.
