Adirondack Park Agency staff review of the above referenced variance determination has
been completed. The applicant proposes to replace an existing cesspool with a new Eljen
enhanced wastewater treatment system.Relief isrequired from the Town for the following
deficient setbacks:
1)Septic tank to building (5 feet proposed, 10 feet required)
2)Absorption field to building (15 feet proposed, 20 feet required)
3)Absorption field to mean high water mark (95 feet proposed, 100 feet required)
Based on the information presented in the record, the Agency respects the findings of the
Local Board of Health and no further review of this variance is required.
