Re: 63 Quaker Road, Exterior Renovation—Substantial Completion
Dear John,
This letter is in reference to the exterior renovations at 63 Quaker Road.At regular
intervals,and most recently on May 20th, I performed construction observations in order to
facilitate the execution of the approved Contract Documents. It is worth noting that the custom
steel post bases and the carriage bolt connections at the post/beam do differ from the original
Contract Documents but are acceptable alternatives to the original design.
Thus,to the best of my knowledge the exterior renovation has been completed in
accordance with the approved drawings dated January 16,2019 and subsequent written
Addendum dated February 25, 2019.
