RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RABIES VACCINATION
RESOLUTION NO. 649, 93

WHO MOVED FOR IT'S ADOPTION

WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury is desirous
of arranging for rabies vaccinations through the County for certain
Town employees who are desirous of receiving the same,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT
RESOLVED, the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby
authorizes the Town Supervisor to execute a contract with the
County which it is understood said contract contains certain
indemnification clauses and other provisions previously discussed,
and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that upon execution of the contract that the same
will be paid for from the appropriate account, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the rabies vaccination shall be made available
to employees that have been trained and are handling wild animals
in the course of Town business, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, that the amount shall not exceed $2,000.00, and
BE IT FURTHER
RESOLVED, if the shots per person are more than a $100.00 with
Dr. Evans as opposed to the County, then go to the County.
