with parcel 266.3-1-77.11 from 1.18 acres to remain the same size of 1.18 acres allowing for Lot 2 to have access to Route 9L. The
road frontage of Lot 2 is to be 100 ft. where 200 ft. is required as the property is a residential lot abutting collector/art erial road
requiring double lot width for residential lots. Relief requested for road frontage.
