INSTRUCTIONS FOR ERECTING
A 17 ' ONE-PIECE BOW GREENHOUSE
1. Layout greenhouse using standard 6 ' - 8 ' - 10 ' method of
squaring one corner.
2. Drive posts using drive cap and post spacing template.
NOTE: If 1 ' x 12" baseboard is used, post should be
approximately 10" out of ground.
3. Install baseboard flush with top of post using,"
carriage bolts provided.

4 . Installing Bows : Bows are made to exceed 17 ' in width and
must be sprung into position being certain when bow is
inserted into post that it is seated on top of top baseboard
bolt .
5. Install ridge pipe using 4" x 3" carriage bolts provided.
Ridge may be installed on top of bows or on underside of
bows .
6. Frame ends .
7. If baseboard male and female extrusion is used, install
male extrusion with 1" x #12 hexhead screws approximately
2" down from top of baseboard.
8. Cover ends with plastic , cover top and secure sides with
female extrusion.

NOTE: CHANGE TO RIDGE PIPE INSTALLATION
Install the ridge pipe using the 1.315 dia-16'-2 1/2"
long swaged pipe. Start at the first bow at either end using
the plain ( female). end of the pipe install the 1/4-20 bolt and
nut through the bow and ridge pipe and tighten. At every fourth
bow connect the male and female ends of the pipe and align the
holes. Install the 1/4-20 bolt and nut through the bow and swaged
pipe. Connect as shown below. Install the remainder of the ridge
pipe and cut off any excess pipe at the opposite end.
