ON THE PROPERTY SITUATED AT 8l MAIN STREET.
MR. WILLIAH WOLFROM, MANAGER, GASOLINE STATION REAL ESTATE, WAS
PRESENT FOR THIS VARIANCE.
MR. WOLFROM SUBMITTED PICTURES OF PROPOSED SIGNS. THESE SIGNS WILL
BE ILLUMINATED. THERE WILL BE NO POSTERS ERECTED.
MOTION BY CHARLES SICARD TO APPROVE, SECONDED BY SUE·GOETZ TO
APPROVE VARIANCE. MOTION CARRIED.
RESOLVED: THE BOARD GRANTED THIS SIGN VARIANCE AS IT IS
CONSISTENT WITH PREVIOUS VARIANCES IN THIS AREA
AND IN CONCURRENCE WITH QUEENS BURY AND WARREN
COUNTY PLANNING BOARDS.
