021.96 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ATTENDANCE AT ANNUAL MEETING OF THE ASSOCIATION OF TOWNS Resolution No. 21, 96, introduced by Mrs. Carol Pulver who moved its adoption Seconded by Mr. Theodore Turner RESOLVED, that pursuant to §116, Subdivision 10, of the Town Law of the State of New York, and subject to availability of budgetary appropriations, the following Town Officers and employees be and they hereby are authorized to attend the annual meeting of the Association of towns of the State of New York to be held in New York City from February 18 - 21, 1996: Town Supervisor Town Board Members Town Attorney Director of Community Development Historian Assessor Town Justices Town Clerk Comptroller and BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor be and he hereby is authorized to cast the vote of the Town of Queensbury in said Association, and in his absence, Deputy Supervisor, Mrs. Betty C. Monahan, is to cast the vote of the Town, and BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED, that all necessary and reasonable expenses incurred at this meeting are a proper Town charge. Duly adopted this 3rd day of January, 1996, by the following vote: AYES : Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Turner, Mrs. Goedert, Mrs. Pulver, Mr. Champagne NOES : None ABSENT: None
