This letter is to certify that this office has observed portions of the construction of the
residential wastewater disposal system for the private residence of Susan Weber, Iocated
on Bean Road in the town of Queensbury (Tax #227.10-1-17). Construction observations
were performed during periodic visits at key construction milestones. Based on the
observations made, and on reports from the contractor and owner, we believe that the
wastewater disposal system has been constructed substantially in conformance with the
design drawings prepared by this office and approved by the Town of Queensbury.
