Supply 35 Clover Hill Road Poughkeepsie,NY 12603 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Supply, I have completed the survey of your premises at 20 Honeysuckle Lane on Assembly Point in the Town of Queensbury, and markers have been set as warranted. Enclosed please find a sketch showing the points found and set, along with dimensions from the existing residence on the premises to the sidelines thereof- Existing markers were found and verified at your northwesterly and northeasterly corners, specifically an iron pipe in the northwesterly portion of the flower bed near that comer of your premises, and an iron pipe found just north of the easterly end of a white board fence along/near the easterly portion of your northerly line. Tall wooden stakes have been driven near these points as temporary witnesses. Near the southeasterly comer of your property,I found a small-diameter iron pipe, about 12-inches high, just westerly of the northerly end of a chain link fence. This point was determined to be too far east of the east line of your deeded line and a bit too far south of its proper location. An iron rod with a yellow plastic cap was set at the proper location of this corner and a tall wood stake was driven next to it as a witness. Near your southwesterly corner, I found a small-diameter pipe, about seven inches high, beneath and inside a taller iron pipe. This marker was determined to be too far to the north of its proper location and somewhat easterly of the easterly boundary of Honeysuckle Lane, as found monumented by other markers northerly and southerly of your property. Another iron rod with a yellow plastic cap was set to mark the proper location of this corner, the point falling in amongst the honeysuckle bushes. Tall wooden stakes were also set along your southerly boundary line at points opposite and southerly of the corners of your house. Thank you for the opportunity to have been of assistance to you in this matter. If you have any questions regarding the survey, please give me a call. My statement for my services is also enclosed herewith. Very trulyours, I /v Charles T.Macy,L.S. CTNJhs Encl.
