It is my understanding that the neighboring parcels have lake-water supplies. The as- built surveys in the town's property files records do not depict any wells on the northerly and southerly neighboring parcels. The locations of their lake-water lines are not shown on those surveys, therefore their locations cannot be depicted on our plans. 2. The proposed waterlines have been added to the plans and are well over 10-ft away from any of the wastewater system components. 3. The 10-ft property line setbacks for the wastewater components have been added to the plans. 4. Dimensions for the septic tank to the house and closest property line (bunkhouse) have been added to the plans. Also, a wastewater setback schedule has been added to Sheet S2. 5. Dimensions for the absorption bed to the property lines and the shoreline have been added to Sheet S2. 6. The grinder.pump station has been eliminated at the bunkhouse; it is proposed to install a 1000-gallon septic tank and a 500-gallon effluent pump station at the 2-bedroom bunkhouse. With this revision, we calculate the required septic tank volume for the 7- bedrooms in the house as 2000-gallons per NYSDOH Appendix 75-A. A 2000-gallon tank is proposed, along with a 1000-gallon tank in series, thus there is 1000-gallons of. capacity available for a sink-mounted garbage grinder and jacuzzi tubs. The applicants propose a spa/jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom and an' in-sink- garbage grinder in the kitchen. Enclosed please find four sets of updated site plans and detail sheet with these revisions incorporated into them. It is the applicants' goal to begin construction as soon as possible; please contact me if you have any questions or if you require additional information. Best Re s, Lucas W.Dobie, P.E.
