RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TOWN HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT TO
POST “NO DUMPING” SIGNS BEHIND THE STATE POLICE
BARRACKS ON AVIATION ROAD

WHEREAS, the Town of Queensbury has received complaints about illegal dumping behind
the State Police Barracks on Aviation Road, Queensbury, and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to authorize the posting of “No Dumping” signs behind
the Barracks,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Queensbury hereby authorizes the Town
Highway Department to post “No Dumping” signs behind the State Police Barracks on Aviation Road,
Queensbury, and
BE IT FURTHER,
RESOLVED, that the cost of the signs shall be paid for from the appropriate account.
