request which includes a notarized letter stating the septic system will be replaced with a code compliant

The purchaser has also submitted the refundable deposit of$2000, as well as paid the $250 inspection fee.

1. My wife, Carol Sbrocco, and I are purchasing the above referenced property from
Daniel&Suzanne Lombardi and Michael Novak.
2. The sellers do not wish to have the current septic system inspected pursuant to the
Town of Queensbury Local Law Chapter 137.
3. My wife and I agree to install a code compliant septic system within 6 months of the
transfer of title of said property into my name or the installation of a holding tank if a code compliant
septic system cannot be reasonably installed.
