A change of Deed for the property occurred on July 12, 2019. The required septic inspection found the existing wastewater system to be deficient. The proposed replacement wastewater system includes a 1,000 gallon polyethylene tank and 375 SF pipe-in-stone absorption field to be located on the adjacent Glen Lake Park property. A letter of endorsement of the project from Glen Lake Park, Inc. is included in this submission package. The proposed wastewater system requires variances for setback from the septic tank to the house (4' instead of 10'), septic tank to the property line (4' instead of 10'), and septic tank to the well (27' instead of 50').
