1) Provide NFPA 13 compliant letter for sprinkler modifications
2) Fire extinguisher locations to be determined
3) Fire alarm system appears adequate. Advise any changes to FM office.
Documentation of fire alarm test will be required, including duct
detection and HVAC shutdown.
4) Develop and post EVAC plan
FM will provide emergency contact form and maximum occupancy signs

Re: Guy's & Gals Hair Salon
Attached are two Addendums to the plans for the proposed Hair Salon. The three major changes
which are listed on the plans and need to be changed are.
1. Cast Iron DWV is to be changed to PVC Schedule 40
2. The steel studs for the 10'-0 high interior walls are shown as 3 '/2" @ 16"
o.c. and will be changed to 3 5/8" @ 16" o.c..
3. The drywall for the 10'-0 high interior walls are shown as 5/8"and will be changed
to %2" drywall.
I can tape the above notes on the plans when ever it is convenient for you. Please rush this
Alternation review along. The Wilson's have received the bids which were close to the budget and
are paying rent at this time. Please call with any questions.
