This is in response to your letter of October 3, 2005. 1 have reviewed your description
of the work performed on your dock and boathouse this past summer. My conclusion is that
a permit would have been required. However, since the modifications were minimal we do
not expect to initiate enforcement proceedings. The plans & sketches you have provided
regarding the current configuration of the dock will be kept on file. Please be sure to contact
this office prior to the initiation of any construction
