RE: Modification to Permit #2-5234-013-88
Dear Mr. Eckardt:
Pursuant to your written request of September 11 , 1989,
this will serve to authorize a modification to the dimensions
of the permitted open-sided boathouse with sundeck . The new
authorized dimensions of such shall not exceed 18 ' x 35 ' .
Also authorized is a change in the dimensions of the
northern pier from 3' wide x 25 ' long to 3' wide x 30 ' long .
These changes have been indicated on the attached diagram .
This letter and the attached diagram shall serve as a
modification to the original permit and are incorporated into
the original permit. All other terms and conditions of the
permit remain in effect .
Please be advised that you are responsible for obtaining
any necessary modifications to permits or approval issued by
the Town of Queensbury or other State or local agencies .
