Mr. Greg Moran-Glens Falls Post Star-The Glens Falls Post Star wishes to object
to the holding of the executive session regarding the Master Plan.
Supervisor Borgos- I explained to your representative Friday that Mr. Mathias would
do the research this week and come up with the specifics regarding the executive
session.
RESOLUTION TO RECONVENE MEETING
RESOLUTION NO. 202, Introduced by Mrs. Betty Monahan who moved for its adoption,
seconded;by=,Mr. George, Kurosaka; :
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby moves into Regular Session.
Duly adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Mr. Kurosaka, Mr. Potenza, Mr. Montesi, Mrs. Monahan, Mr. Borgos

LEE YORK-Senior Planner-Led the Town Board through the Subdivision Regs. and the
New Zoning Regulations.
SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS
(Changes as discussed)
Section 7A 6.-Buildable lots shall be calculated by multiplying .90 times the gross
land area and designated critical environmental areas divided by the minimum lot
size, in any given zone, for a conventional subdivision.

ZONING LAW
Under Permitted Use-put home occupation back into all zones where it was taken
out...
ZONING MAP CHANGES
Earltown-Big Cedar Swamp wetlands, George Kurosaka outlined DEC identified wetlands
and the LC-42 acre zone was drawn at the wetlands boundry in the zones around it,
the lines were drawn in, to meet the wetlands line.
The SFR-1A zones from Cronin Road north to Clements Road in North Queensbury was
changed to Rural Residential 3 Acre.
On the northwest side of Hiland Park PUD was also changed to Rural Residential
3A.This was at the request of Betty Monahan to protect farm lands.
The Rural Residential 3 Ac. area south of Round Pond and including the golf course
was changed. The southern boundry line was changed because of a communication
from the Brawn's who owned a farm in the 3RR zone and requested the line be moved
to put them in SFR IAC.
On motion the meeting was adjourned.
