The current parcel has a seepage pit within 100 feet of the shoreline. The proposed replacement wastewater system includes a 1,000 gallon precast concrete septic tank, pump station with force main and a 20 ft by 40 ft pipe-in stone absorption field to be located to the south of the parcel. The proposed wastewater system requires variances for setback from the septic tank to the house (3.0' instead of 10') and septic tank to the well (40' instead of 50').
