2.0PUBLIC HEARINGS
PUBLIC HEARING – LOCAL LAW AMENDING LOCAL LAW 8 OF 2008
PROHIBITING PARKING ON SOUTH SIDE OF PORTION OF SUNSET LANE
IN THE TOWN OF QUEENSBURY
NOTICE SHOWN
PUBLICATION DATE: MAY 22, 2009
SUPERVISOR STEC- Before I open the public the public hearing to take comment, just
to refresh some people’s recollection here. About six or seven months ago, we had a
similar public hearing and we passed the local law that prohibits all parking on that side
of Sunset Lane for the entire length year round. The main concern is accessibility on
what’s already a fairly narrow street up in North Queensbury; particularly, for emergency
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING 06-01-2009 MTG #22 5
service vehicles that may need to get down there. If there are cars parked there it could
make it impossible to pass. It’s particularly difficult in the winter time and I think that the
feedback that we received in the last few months have been that it’s more a winter
problem than a summer problem at least on the length of it. So, we were requested to
consider throttling back the parking prohibition from a complete ban year-round to a
complete ban essentially in the winter months. In the summer months the local law would
read as follows “No motor vehicles or other vehicle of any kind shall be allowed or
permitted to be parked and no person shall park a motor vehicle or other vehicle for any
period of time on, in or along the right of way on the south side of a portion or Sunset
Lane beginning at the intersection with Assembly Point Road and continuing in a
southerly direction a distance of fifty feet at any time and a distance of two hundred and
seventy nine feet during the months of October thru March. So from October thru March
no parking along the entire length but outside the October thru March just the first fifty
feet from Assembly Point Road is prohibited from parking on that side of Sunset Lane,
the south side. With that said that is what the public hearing is concerning tonight and if
there is any members of the public that would like to comment just raise your hand one at
a time we will call on people and we will take any comment. Anyone at all? Yes Sir
THOMAS VAUGHN- Good evening, I believe that you received some emails today.
SUPERVISOR STEC- Yes we did
MR. VAUGHN- Were they read into the record?
SUPERVISOR STEC- The Clerk is going to announce that we have them, and the Board
has copies.
MR. VAUGHN- Okay, I have my copy to, I just didn’t get a chance to send it to you. I
live at 14 North Lane up in Assembly Point. We are all part of an association called
Shore Colony
COUNCILMAN BREWER- Sir, could you please speak into the microphone please
MR. VAUGHN- I thought my voice carried pretty well. I guess not
COUNCILMAN BREWER- Well, not only amplifies but it also records.
MR. VAUGHN- Right, should I start again?
SUPERVISOR STEC- Go ahead
COUNCILMAN BREWER- Sure
MR. VAUGHN- 14 North Lane, Assembly Point. We are all part of an association called
Shore Colony and during the summer months that is our only means of access to our
waterfront dock area is right by Sunset and Assembly Point Road. I understand the
problem with the vehicles coming in, the fire trucks, and the rescue vehicles. I think fifty
feet might be a little bit further. Thirty feet, twenty five feet would work. I think what you
might have to take into consideration is some of the people in our community are quite
elderly, they also have handicap stickers. I don’t think anything was mentioned about that
whatsoever. So, if they have to park fifty, ninety or two hundred feet away, I think that’s
quite excessive for some of the people in the community. I think I just really want to
bring that to your attention. You addressed everything else prior to that. If you just want
to think about that and if you want copies I have copies for you guys too.
SUPERVISOR STEC- Alright, thanks Mr. Vaughn.
COUNCILMAN METIVIER- I did go up and measure that to determine where we
needed to be and felt that the fifty feet when was asked about it would be sufficient
enough for the fire vehicles, emergency vehicles but give you still plenty of room to park.
The fifty feet is actually closer to the corner than the first sign that says no parking
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING 06-01-2009 MTG #22 6
MR. VAUGHN- Is it really?
COUNCILMAN METIVIER- Yes, it is.
MR. VAUGHN- I’ll go back and step it off myself. It seemed to be only about twenty
feet and then there was sign after sign after sign.
COUNCILMAN METIVIER- No, there was three signs and the first sign was actually a
little bit beyond fifty feet.
MR. VAUGHN- It works. Alright, thanks
SUPERVISOR STEC- Thank you, Mr. Vaughn. Anyone else like to comment on this
public hearing this evening. Yes, sir
FRANK A. ADAMO, JR.- I own the houses at 203 Assembly Point Road, which is the
entire length of the signage on Sunset Lane and I own another house at 211 Assembly
Point Road and we built the houses at lot 6 Sunset Lane, Lot 4 Honeysuckle Lane and Lot
8-2 on Chestnut Lane in 1957. My family and I have been taxpayers and residents and
have residents that continuously from September 1957, in Assembly Point. I was curious,
first of all I would like to congratulate you all on your re-elections, that’s my first thing. I
know what you go through. I was a city councilman in Yonkers for ten years, the fourth
largest city of the state. I was a majority leader, I’m still active. I’m telling you this, I was
shocked that I never received a letter saying that there was a public hearing about this
property since I’m the only property in the entire Assembly Point area or in the entire
Sunset Road that had the signage. Several years ago, about six years ago we were re-
doing my house. My house is the corner house, it’s the house that was built by Moses
Harris, it was the first house built on Assembly Point and you can verify that in the
Crandall Library, look for Washington County though. In those days we weren’t Warren
County, we were Washington County. That took me two months to find. Being a former
school teacher, I found it. My house has been there since 1787. We re-did it, my wife
Sharon and I, seven years ago. We spent, we’re the fourth owners of that house, the first
owners was the Harris family, the second family was the Machridge family, the third
family was Ben Brown family from Jersey and I bought it from Ben Brown. It’s a
marvelous location, it’s a marvelous house and it’s a marvelous community and that’s
where I’m going to die. We wanted to have signs put up several years ago, half a dozen
years ago, because we have only been married twelve years, so a half a dozen years ago.
Because we had so much litter, now I’ve been in Shore Colony and I’ve been in
Assembly Point for more than fifty years, more than fifty years. When I came home from
the Army I came home to Shore Colony. We wanted to do that because there was so
much refuse, so much garbage, so much diapers, diapers that don’t bio-disintegrate, so
much dog walking on our property. I was policing the property and then about twenty
years ago they put the mailboxes on the property and I policed that. I make sure they’re
trimmed; I make sure the snows removed so that the mailman can get in there. We come
up every week we can possibly come up. I was curious when I came up this winter and I
saw the wheel tires with the signs stuck in the snow. I said who the heck put these up? I
pulled my petitions. I never put my petitions in although, I have hundreds of pictures and
I probably have sixty signatures from everybody in the immediate area. I said what’s
this? Well, it’s probably for the fisherman. Many years ago we had trouble with the
fisherman. I’m a fisherman, my son’s a fisherman. Allegedly, allegedly we had trouble
with the fisherman. We had a lot of burglaries, a lot of break ins. They were stealing
electricity even from some of our places. Somebody was, not necessarily fisherman. We
got that straightened out, the sheriff caught a woman and three young teenagers who she
drove around who were knocking off the summer camps. Thank god, in twenty-five years
we haven’t had that problem again. The fisherman I get along great with. They put the
signs on both sides of Assembly Point Road. I would say about ten years ago, twelve
years ago, I can’t remember when? First, they put it on one side, the lake side, then they
put it on the second side. I think it’s good because it’s a dangerous road. That’s the most
dangerous road probably in Queensbury. In the winter a school bus could go off. Some of
the trucks come down; some of these people are knocking down their camps and building
monster mansions and the big, big trucks that come in, and all the stuff they bring and all
the stuff they take out, we have trouble sometimes coming up and down the road. I
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING 06-01-2009 MTG #22 7
wondered why all the sudden we put this stuff on Sunset Drive. I held back my petition
because one of my neighbors who I will not name but I’ll produce said to me Frank,
we’re both handicapped lets leave the street okay. I said okay but somebody has to help
me clean up the garbage. Since you’ve had the signs permanently which is now two or
three months I’ve had people parking there every weekend, every time we’re up. We
can’t come up during the week because I’m retired and my wife is a prosecuting attorney
for the county of Westchester in family services. She has fourteen months to go and then
we’re here forever. We came up and we see the permanent signs. I didn’t even see them
for two weekends. I just drive up on the top of my property and into my backyard. In my
backyard between my lot which is lot 10 on this map there is a lot next to me thirty five
foot wide. That allegedly was sold to me forty years ago and more times, that that was a
paper road that was going to run behind the houses that front on the lake that are going in
towards where the cannel used to be if you know what I mean; down where Knox Road
is, you would come off Knox Road and they were planning a paper road that would
eventually run Honeysuckle Lane in case they ever had to close the Assembly Point
Road. Of course, some of the people on these lake front properties didn’t want that lot,
I’d love that to go through because then I’d have a front road into the back of my house
and I could come right in from Knox Road and I wouldn’t have to worry about going in
the water. Subsequently, if they put the signs up, if they put the signs up, take the signs
down there people who park on this thirty five lot. I have 240.88 from the corner. Fifty
feet is fine, fifty feet is good and I’ll tell you why because you can’t see when you turn
the corner sometimes. Some of the trucks are big, some of the SUV’s are big, and some
of the cars are big. I sit there all the time and watch. But, from fifty feet on the next
hundred and ninety feet is my property, then the thirty five foot is Queensbury property I
think, or somebody in the Town’s property, but not private property. That’s the area we
come in, me who has no driveway and no parking. I come in and park right behind my
house or on the side of my house. Now, if they park there, some nights, some days I can’t
get in. Sometimes in the summer you have cars that run all the way up past the Dubin’s,
right up the hill past the Clark’s, right up the hill, okay. It’s unbelievable and it’s not the
regular people, okay, it’s not the regular people, its some guests of the regular people,
some friends of your children, my children’s friends. My children are too old now. They
live in the 211 house, my kids. But, I thought it was a great job when you put up the
signs. I thought it was great for safety, I thought it was going to be great for cleanliness, I
thought it was going to be great for, the road is a dangerous road. You said a mouthful, I
live in Pambridge, New York, they built a stone wall on my driveway that no vehicle can
get in, no fire vehicle and we have volunteer firemen like here. Now, I used to drive the
North Queensbury Rescue Squad Ambulance when, oh Jesus, I drove it for fourteen years
whenever I was off from school I came up here and drove, every holiday I drove, every
Christmas, every Thanksgiving. There are sometimes in the summer you can’t get
through without very careful driving and luck. So, I would be in favor keeping the signs,
I don’t want to get anybody mad at me but safety is more important and hygiene is more
important and cleanliness is more important than somebody who’s handicap. Nobody
knows more about handicap than me and my mother was a multiple sclerosis victim from
the age of twenty three until she died at seventy four. So, I know about handicaps and I
don’t want to hurt anybody. One of my neighbors said to me the other day if you were
not to knock the signs down you’ll have to give me a spot to park. I said park on my
grass, park on my two driveways, my two spots on 211 Assembly Point Road. Park there,
we will keep all of our cars on my property. But, I think that it’s something that is, I
wonder why? I wonder why? Is it just to make a few people happy, you know, you got to
work something out, if somebody gets killed, you know. We’ll see who spoke in favor of
taking them down.
SUPERVISOR STEC- Thank you, sir
MR. ADAMO, JR.- Thank you very much for hearing me.
SUPERVISOR STEC- You’re welcome. Is there anyone else that would like to address
the Board on this public hearing. Rose, do you, oh, yes ma’am. I’m sorry. Good evening
CAROLYN PARISI- I’m at 33 Honeysuckle Lane. One of the things is that we’ve got to
realize, a large percentage of that community in the Shore Colony area are elderly people.
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING 06-01-2009 MTG #22 8
I know my husband couldn’t get down to that dock if we don’t have parking because he
can’t even walk that fifty feet alone. He has to have help
COUNCILMAN METIVIER- I was wondering, thinking as we’re sitting here, since the
other side is going to be free for parking, the whole road, we’d need to keep the corner
open.
MRS. PARISI- I’m not saying that you shouldn’t keep the fifty feet. I’m not talking
against that, okay. I realize that needs to be done and that needs to be done for multiple
reasons because it’s hard if you don’t have an SUV the wall that Mr. Adamo is very hard
to see over. I’m talking in favor of at least allowing the parking back from the fifty feet
SUPERVISOR STEC- You don’t like the way it is now with the complete year-round
ban
MRS. PARISI- No, without the complete
SUPERVISOR STEC- You are in favor of pulling back from that
MRS. PARISI- Yes, pulling back just for the summer months.
SUPERVISOR STEC- And as Mr. Adamo said
MRS. PARISI- I do have to agree with Mr. Adamo the mess that I see that the ice
fisherman leave is an absolute disgrace
COUNCILMAN STROUGH- Did the total ban on the south side, the two hundred and
seventy nine feet is just from October thru March. It doesn’t apply to the summer time
MRS. PARISI- Yes, I’m speaking in favor that you should go that direction. I’m not
speaking against it basically
COUNCILMAN STROUGH- Alright
MRS. PARISI- I agree the mess that the ice fisherman when they come in there, the mess
that they leave is an absolute disgrace. It’s not only by Mr. Adamo’s, it’s all the way out
on the point
SUPERVISOR STEC- And the lake I’m sure
MRS. PARISI- I’m sure, I’m sure.
SUPERVISOR STEC- Thank you Mrs. Parisi. Is there anyone else that would like to
address the Board on this public hearing?
COUNCILMAN MONTESI- Paul Naylor, Paul
PAUL NAYLOR- Yeah
COUNCILMAN MONTESI- When I was on the Town Board previously, you had
proposed the road that Mr. Adamo was talking about. What happed to that proposal
MR. NAYLOR- Who was going to pay for it. Always comes down to money. The Town
didn’t want to pay for it and the residents didn’t want to pay for it
COUNCILMAN MONTESI- Do we own that thirty five feet?
MR. NAYLOR- It all depends what lawyer looks at it. I can give you a different answer
for every lawyer in Town of Queensbury
SUPERVISOR STEC- Rose, do you want to acknowledge the two emails that we
received today
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING 06-01-2009 MTG #22 9
DEPUTY CLERK, MELLON- We received two letters concerning the change, one from
Dave Wilcox of 26 Forest Road and the other from Frederick Tedeschi of 12 Forest
Road.
SUPERVISOR STEC- Alright, the Board has copies of those and they are part of the
record.
DEPUTY CLERK, MELLON- Yes
COUNCILMAN METIVIER- And I spoke to Dave Wilcox this morning about his letter,
clarified his issue and I guess what he was reading didn’t necessarily state that we were
going to move it fifty feet for the first parking sign and forgo the other two signs. He said
it was very unclear to him but after I explained it to him he seemed fine with that.
SUPERVISOR STEC- Alright, good. Is there anyone else that would want to comment
on this public hearing. Alright, I’ll close this public hearing and
COUNCILMAN BREWER- Just one question Dan. Enforcement?
SUPERVISOR STEC- Is like all other signage, the Sheriff’s Department. Call the
Sheriff’s Department if there are violations of it.
COUNCILMAN BREWER- They will go up there?
SUPERVISOR STEC- They should. Again, what I think a couple of people Ms. Parisi
and Mr. Adamo hit the nail on the head is right now we have a year-round entire south
side of the road parking ban in place, probably goes a little to far, this pulls it back to
address it when I think it is probably most critical, when there is snow banks to contend
with for the Highway Department to deal with that are making it harder for people and in
particular emergency service vehicles to get through. But, the rest of the year from March
thru September or April thru September, just that first fifty feet, which is the most critical
part near the intersection is the main concern. That ban will remain in effect for that first
fifty feet but then people that would like to use that side of the road for access could use
it. So again, we are trying to find that balancing point where you balance the needs of
public safety and emergency vehicles to get through with the needs of people who have a
bonafide interest in accessing the lake at that point. Perhaps with some ability issues to be
able to do that in a reasonable way and I think that this compromise that Tony put
together, and I teased him for it two weeks ago when we set the public hearing, just
because it seems like we’d just had the public hearing not six months ago on the entire
ban but probably the year-round ban was probably more than we needed to go. I think
that this probably addresses the emergency service vehicle issue and balances that with
people’s genuine right to try to get to the lake to access the lake through that general area.
So, public the public hearings closed, Tim had a question. Does anyone want to make a
motion?
CORRESPONDENCE RELATED TO PUBLIC HEARING:
Dear Supervisor Stec,
I learned late today that the Town Board will consider at its meeting tomorrow evening a
proposal to prohibit parking on the South side of Sunset Lane "in close proximity to the
intersection with Assembly Point Road.
This proposal raises two serious issues: First, the language of the proposed resolution is
imprecise and vague, and second, it unnecessarily imposes restrictions without any
significant benefit to the public.
The language of the proposed resolution uses the words "in close proximity to the
intersection with Assembly Point Road". The words "in close proximity to" are
imprecise and vague. I suggest that the resolution be amended to substitute the words
"within ten feet of" so that the prohibition would read "within ten feet of the intersection
with Assembly Point Road". Prohibiting parking within 10 feet of the intersection of
REGULAR TOWN BOARD MEETING 06-01-2009 MTG #22 10
Sunset Lane and Assembly Point Road would assure that a driver making a right turn
from Sunset Lane onto Assembly Point Road would have a clear view of any vehicles
heading North on Assembly Point Road. That restriction would improve safety. Notice
of the restriction can easily be given to those who would park on the South side of Sunset
Lane by means of a sign erected ten feet from the intersection of Sunset Lane and
Assembly Point Road which reads "No Parking Here to Corner".
The prohibition from parking on the South side of Sunset Lane during the winter months
has the valid purpose of providing space for the Town snow plow to place snow removed
from Sunset Lane. However, during the other months of the year, any significant
restriction from parking (any restriction other than prohibiting parking within ten feet
from the corner of Sunset Lane and Assembly Point Road) would have a significant
impact on residents of Shore Colony without any countervailing benefit to the public.
Shore Colony residents use the stairwell at the foot of Sunset Lane to access their Lake
front. More than half of the Shore Colony residents live a significant distance from the
access point. Those residents need to use their cars to bring picnic and other items from
their homes to the Lake front. Prohibiting parking (other than within ten feet of the
intersection with Assembly Point Road) would result in those residents parking on
Honeysuckle, a road which is significantly narrower than Sunset Lane, and would thereby
create a more significant hazard to the public.
I appreciate the opportunity to comment on the proposed resolution. Unfortunately, I will
be unable to attend the Town Board meeting in person tomorrow evening. I would
appreciate your letting the other Board members and public attendees know of my
comments.
Respectfully submitted,
Frederick C. Tedeschi
12 Forest Road
Shore Colony, Assembly Point

Mr Stec and Ms Dougher,
Please accept this email into the public comment regarding the subject No Parking
proposal.
First, the proposed rule as presented in the recent Town Board minutes is unclear
regarding the distance along Sunset Lane from Assembly Point Road that will be
designated "No Parking". I suggest that the restrictions be limited to only that which is
needed to ensure safe progress for a vehicle turning south from Sunset Lane onto
Assembly Point Road.
Second, Sunset Lane is a more appropriate street for parking by the public in the vicinity
of the intersection and the adjoining entrance to the Shore Colony water front. The
adjacent streets such as Honeysuckle Lane or any of its side streets are narrower than
Sunset. Therefore, in the interest of public safety, the rule should retain as many parking
spaces on Sunset Lane for non-winter use as possible.
Third, according to information provided on the NYSDMV Web site,
(http://www.nydmv.state.ny.us/dmanual/chapter07-manual.htm#prk-reg)
"Parking or standing [near intersections] is not allowed: ... Within 30 feet ... " I suggest
this should be the maximum distance for the proposed "No Parking" designation.
Thank you for considering these comments.

Free Tire Day for Queensbury and Glens Falls Residents will be held on Saturday,
June 20, 2009 at Ridge and Luzerne Road Transfer Stations. Ridge Road will be
open from 7:30AM-3:00PM and Luzerne Road from 7:30AM-3:30PM. A
maximum of four tires per household please.
?
The Queensbury Department of Parks and Recreation will be holding a
Ridge/Jenkinsville complex open house, park dedication this Saturday, June 6,
2009 between 11:00AM-1:00PM. There will be games, popcorn, cotton candy,
snow cones, ice cream and giveaways.
?
The Queensbury Parks and Recreation summer program guide came out this
week. Reminded everyone that it is time to sign up for youth and adult summer
programs. If you didn’t receive a guide in the mail and are interested please stop
by the Town Hall or go online at Queensbury.net/recreation
?
Thanked Councilman Strough for another wonderful Memorial Day parade.
?
This past week has been dealing with some dog issues. Just a reminder, there is a
leash law in Queensbury.
?
People have been parking on Ash Drive and walking the bike trail to go fishing.
Received complaints that garbage is being left behind and there has been some
destruction of the bridge as well as the removing of signs from the utility poles.
Noted that something needs to be done there. Gave a reminder to please be
courteous towards neighbors.
?
Last Friday night was the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. This was an
amazing event.
COUNCILMAN MONTESI- This past week received copies of two audits, one for the
Receiver of Taxes and the other for the Town Clerk. The Receiver of Taxes collected
around forty-nine million dollars. At the end of the audit the auditor lists what needs to be
done to rectify any mistakes. The only comment was that there is some software that
needs to be updated from the Water and Sewer Departments.
SUPERVISOR STEC- There has been an issue that Darleen Dougher, Town Clerk has
struggled with as far at the Water Department’s billing program and how it talks to her
program or doesn’t talk to her program. For the last couple of years, Town Clerk,
Dougher and the Water Department have been shopping for new software. She put out a
bid spec and they received a bid back from a software provider BAS. She wants to
recommend to the Board that we go with them. We had a meeting with Town Clerk,
Dougher, Water Department Superintendent, Bruce Ostrander, Sewer Superintendent,
Mike Shaw and Ryan Lashway of the IT Department. Any time there is change there is
concern. However, the current program, while Water liked what the program had, they
also recognized that it wasn’t doing for Town Clerk, Dougher everything that it needed
to, as evidence by the one comment. It was the only comment, other than that, Town
Clerk, Dougher has a spotless audit. In the next couple of weeks, they are going to be
getting a resolution together. Perhaps at our next workshop, we’ll meet with the Town
Clerk and Water Superintendent to update the Board on this software package. The
provider they are looking to go with happens to be the provider that she has for the
Clerk’s Office. She is familiar with the company and comfortable with their product.
COUNCILMAN MONTESI- The other audit pertained to the actual functioning’s of the
Town Clerk. That was a million dollars and when you look at the end of the audit where
it says findings and recommendations and management’s response it states “no findings
noted”. It’s a wonderful job to be able to look at an audit and not have anything that we
have to respond to.

Spoke regarding and article in the May 29 addition of the paper. The title of the
article “Lake Groups Welcome State’s Efforts to Curb Pollution from Lawn and
Household Products”. Last summer the Lake George Water Keeper reported that
algae blooms had developed on at least twenty-six sites around Lake George. One
of the leading contributors to algae grown is phosphorus. We find phosphorus in
fertilizers and detergents. That will be limited if a new bill is approved by the
State Legislature and signed into law by Governor Patterson. This is a good
article.
?
Announced that this Wednesday at Crandall Library from 6-8PM there will be a
discussion of the benefits of bike friendly communities.

The latest issue of the Queensbury Senior Citizens newsletter is out. It is jam
packed with activities for anyone age fifty-five or older. Annual fees are minimal.

COUNCILMAN BREWER-

Received a call from a constituent regarding the damaged cemetery fence on the
corner of Luzerne Road as well as an issue with the road in that area. Wants to get
this taken care of as soon as possible.
?
Questioned the projects at the cemetery on Quaker Road. Supervisor Stec has met
with Mike Genier, Cemetery Superintendent and things are moving along as far as
the paving. Highway Superintendent, Mike Travis will be doing the paving. Other
projects include connecting into the sewer and possibly rebuilding a retort.
COUNCILMAN MONTESI- Met with Mr. Macchio who has assured him that sometime
this summer he will be ready to have him along with Councilman Metivier, a
representative from Soil and Water and DEC walk the property to show them the things
that were noted in the lawsuit have been rectified.
SUPERVISOR STEC-
?
Town’s website www.queensbury.net. There is a lot of good information here.
?
Thanked TV8 and sponsors for televising these meetings.
?
The Relay for Life was a wonderful event. Thanks to all that organized that and
participated in the event. Had the opportunity to work with Congressman Scott
Murphy to present medals to the survivors at the start of the ceremony. What a
wonderful community we live in where we are so successful in the generosity of
people contributing to events like the Relay for Life.
?
We had a great turnout for the Memorial Day parade. The Queensbury School
band played marvelously. This is a really nice ceremony and done well every
year. This year it was particularly nice, the weather was perfect. Seems like this
event every year has a little more people. It’s very encouraging to see people into
the community spirit.
?
We just had the opening of the West End Park a couple of weeks ago. This
Saturday from 11AM- 1PM will be the grand opening of the Jenkinsville Park.
