During a site plan inspection on May 18, 2006, your project was found to be
developed as approved and as allowed concerning the gutters/downspouts.
The end of the western downspout appears to be approximately 1 .75 feet
from the adjacent property line. As long as the roof storm water remains on
your property, the condition can remain as is. However, should any of the
roof storm water flow onto the adjacent property, the system will have to be
modified to be in compliance with your approved project.
