l. ~Butes of May 1 and May 18 Meeting approved.
2. Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Gates, Rev. Edmund A. Underwood,
Donald Devlin, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Johannes of Glen Acres
presented a pet~tion to keep the area now residential
North of Aviation Road as a residential zone. They had
37 names.
3. George Kurosaka, Jr. of John Bright, Consulting Engineers,
presented proposed apartments on Glenwood Avenue. We told
him we do not have jurisdiction but appreciate seeing them.
4. John VanDusen presented *9-64 Garrison Grounds-Fred J. Hovey,
Inc. We aSked for letter of intent on the adjoining property
owners developing to form a 50' right-of-way. .
5. Chase add ~ansittert asked akout #6-66 Franklyn Manor
Section #2. They are to fly us over the area.

6. Read letter from Warren Co. P~ Grange reI proposed zoning.
7. Read letter from the Town Beautification Committee aSking
for project suggestions.
8. Discussed Griffins #11-65 Edgewood Park Section #2. Norton
will talk with Griffin about an easement for water to
connect the 2 developments. We were evenly divided as to
whether we should insist on a road connection.
