reported that Flarety does not want a water connection..
3" Kushtšer reported that the Bay Road mall is being consid-
ered again.. Letters have been obtained from Candeub,
Fleissig, Haynes, Eisenhart and Webster..

4. Kusm~er reported on saving of trees along Ridge Road.
He wrote t,o proller and Fuller and received favorable
answers. As a result a~out half of the trees were saved..
The rest seem dead or d~ting..
5. Recognized that we now ~eview junk yard applications as
the result of a new ordinance..
6. Received a letter dated June lOt 1965 from the Mohican
Grange opposing the 2 Here sites.
Reviewed the Zoning Mnp and Schedule. This was previous-
ly reviewed by Kushner, Kirkpatrick and Sinnott at a
special meetingo Feel we might revise the 2 acre lot size
after the first public hearing.. Discussed Farm to Market
Road ,Commercial. Approved corrected Zoning Schedule of
Regulations. Zoning does not have to be in a legal docu-
ment until the Town Board Hearing. We should have copies
of these r'egulationsavailable from Librartes, Town
Clerk, Attorney andSupervlsorbefore hearings.. Feel we
may hold tbelst hearing July 21th.
8. Approved minutes of meeting #l9 of the 701 Program with
corrections.

and the Final Comprehensive Plan.
