l. Charles Sicard appeared re: his property on Glen Lake
Raað, which he has been using for a camping (90 day)
trailer court. He would like to expand. Kirkpatrick
made a motion to add campsites to R-3 special, Norton
seconded, t::arried. Kirkpatri(~k made a motic:m to re-
vise the R-2 line in this area, .Demboski seconded,
carried.
2. Discussed Clemens - decided to let stand.
3. Minutes of last meeting approved with corrections.
4. Reviewed Zoning Standards.
5. Pat Lupo and Son appeared reI their business on Bay
Road. Told how he could expand and that he could change
to a more conforming usè.
6. Decided to suggest to the Tom~ Board that ~hey might
change the 40% addition to non-conforming use to 500".
They might also consider a method of requiring petitions
from affected neighbors in vaJC'iances.
7. Changed R-2 along river to R-3.
8. Demboski made a motion t.o add Profession.al Buildings
to the R-4 and R-5 as a special use, Kirkpatrick second-
ed, carried.
9. Reviewed the notes on the public hearing.
10. Norton to get minutes written up, pass this on to
Kushner and he will set up date with the Town Board.
11. Next meeting, Queensbury Town Office Building, December
7, 1966.
