The purchaser of the above-referenced parcel has submitted to the Town of Queensbury an exemption
request which includes a notarized letter stating the existing septic system will be repaired or replaced if any
further violations are noticed with failure of the system.
The seller has submitted a waiver deposit of $2000. If any violations result due to failure of the septic system
prior to June 1, 2021, repairs and/or replacements will need to be completed prior to refund of deposit.
