Minutes ot last meeting were approved (I
John Sinnott of Ad1rondack Credit Serv1ce, whose res-
idence is on Chestnut Ridge was introduced as a new
member at our Planning Board to replace Simmonds who
did not wish to be reappointed.
Hrso Arberger presented a proposed development be-
t\.¡een Big Boom Road and the Hudson River Ul4-64. We
requested contours, lot layout and si.zes and Street &
Subdivision Names. We informed her that the town h1gh-
"lay would need a 7' ª ndlus turnaround.

Geruso, Attorney appeared for Ellsworth. Presented
Vlestland Section #8. #l5-6~. We gave preliminary
approval sUbject to our receipt of Contours. overall
development and covenants.
Ger'osopresen ted ~iestland Sect10n #9. Ill6-64 tor our
comments. \'le gave suggestions and requested contours
and covenants.
Norton presented a map of Duffy development showing
l¡. lots received from the Town Board and accepted by
them.
Norton presented a copy of a letter from Supervisor
Webster stating that the town accepted the Hovey-\vard
Developmen t on 3rd street extension.
Norton presen tad a copy of the map accep tad by the
Town Board for Morgan's Land O·Pines Development #ll-64.,
Cushing will proceed \'lith obtaining letterheads for our
:Board since we now have our full 7 members.
