Norton made a motion to give pre]im1nary approval sub-
ject to Highway Department approval of road grading and
dra1.Tlage easement.
Rogers approved for Quaker Meadow Apartments #9-6,. Five
buildings with 23 apartments each building giving 115 units.

He suggested the en trances should be ~eZ' ~raÿ ~ntersect-
ion ot Meadowbrook and Cronin Roads. Questioned the small
parking and suggested at least pa.rk1n¡ tor 1;0 cars. Felt
the Recreation Area was small and in a bad lac a tion. This
probably would be used by the rest of the development. We
should talk. to the Health Department regarding the sewage
plant emptying into the stream. Slrmott and Cushing will
look at this.

wants to move School House Road where cutoft by Northway.
We discussed this with Sorrentino. He suggested we get as
mut:.h as ... can and that the buyers should know of our
propose! light industry area across going thru here.
