Present: Cush:lng, Demboski" Kirkpatrick, Norton. Sinnott
1.. Approved minutes of last meeting..
2.. Bob Eddy, Chail..man, Oueensbury Committee on Community
Beau.tifi(~ation appeared to suggest ways of our two (2)
gro\i.ps working together toward encouraging developers to
leave trees, use \mderground wiring I' etc..
We discussed these suggestions, and decided to check
wit1:¡ Mr. Webster. as to the duties of the O.C. on C.B. We
felt we might have sc·meane from the Beautification Committee
go with our members when we visit a site and make s~~gestions
to us which we can pa.ss on to the developer.
3. Kushner report.ed on his presenting the proposed zoning
to the Town Board. He will present the Comprehensive Plan
to the Town Board Ja.nuary 12, 1967.
4. Kushner suggested that we look into ways in which to im-
plement Comprehensive Plan suggestions - .such as capital
improvements . Felt; we should draw 'up a form of sub-
division application.
s. i'::~r and Demboski were assigned to look into Neigh-
bor hood Analysis for Urban Renewal and Low Cost Housing.
6. Webster appeared at this time. We asked about O.C. on
C.B., and he said i:heir only ehange was to make the town more
beaut1ful",Theyde',elop their own projects.
7 . Reviewed DuBois #9-66 Development. Demboski ma.de a
motion to give preliminary approval, Sinnott seeonaéd, amended
to ask about two (2) lots being on a right-of-way rather than
a town road if these are used year round.
