1. Neal Brown of Sunderland Development Corp. appeared on
#2-67 Glenwood Apartments. Webster went to find infor-
mation on tbis. Continued after Item #4.
2. Minutes of last n¡eeting'approved.
3. Cbase appeared on #6-66 Franklyn Manor Section#2. He
proposed to add a SO' right-of-way to the south next to
Section .#1 and at tbe east end on the south. This will
stagger bis lots. We will utilize tbis street as future
street to Aviation Road. We told Chase that we would
give preliminaryàpproval if this is resubmitted with
corrected map.
4. Marty Geruso appeared for the Boychuck property #3-66.
They hope to have a Sheraton Inn #3-67 on the old Fort
Amherst Realty Property. 120 unit motel, SOO people ban-
quet. Also use 120 garden apartment complex. We asked
for more definite plans~
1. (Cont' d) Cannot have town hic¡hway under SO' wide without
approval of the State Superintendent of Public Works.
Cushing made a motion to give preliminary approval for
Section #1 whicb,are the first 4 apartment lots with
the SO', road through the center, Norton seconded, carried.
We will look into the possibility Of approving 2-25' wide
one-way streets.
S. Norton read a letter from ,Bob Eddy regarding a movie
and panel for a program to be put on by the Beautification
Committee May 2nd.
