Meeting of the Planning Board of the Town of Queensbury

Minutes of last meeting were approved.
Jerry Arledge - soil conservationist attended.
Discussed methods of obtaining federal assist-
ance for' .creating recreational areas.
Could be by land owners creating a watershed
or by Town leasing property or rights. The
detailed soil study is nearly completed for
the Town of QueensbtlrY. He asked our support
for a soil scientist for Warren County which
wou.ld enable the work to be completed in 3 years
rather than 13 years at the present rate.
Reviewed Hewitt Development #12-65, Kirkpatrick
made a motion to give final approval, Sinnott
seconded, carried.
