CT0001, 6-30-11, Rev.9 Page 1 of 3 DOCUMENTS USED FOR INSPECTION: Structural drawings LOCATION OF THE WORK PERFORMED: Stairway No.1. 10” CMU Wall, grouting of 5 courses, top of lift at bond beam course just below the 2nd floor level. REMARKS: Contractor placed #4 dowels every 16” O.C. at bond beam for slab on deck for second floor slab connection at shear wall. Contractor grouted perimeter walls solid. The vertical reinforcing was continued through the wall at 16” oc with the proper splice lap. ☒ CONFORMANCE STATEMENT: Based on our observations, masonry construction activities at the above referenced locations appeared to be in general conformance with the project plans and specifications. ☐ WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS: A. Mix water was being heated during the time of inspection.
