Project Description: Applicant proposes to reconfigure and expand a preexisting nonconforming 648 square foot
' covered dock to include the removal of 48 square feet of existing dock, a 57
square foot expansion to dock and new sundeck. Resulting dock size is 705 square feet. Relief requested from side
setback requirements, dock size and for expansion of a nonconforming structure.
Any further business that the Chairman determines may be properly brought before the Zoning
Board of Appeals.
