their cont~actors appeared regarding Zoning changes and large
seale development for Kentucky Fried Chicken Store and Moynihan~s
Liquor Store
Discussions centered around ways to make proposed construction more
attractive"
The following three motions were made by Austin~ seconded by Sinnott
and passed unanimouslyc
1) To recind resolutions passed at the last regular meeting
which had dealed only with the Liquor Storeo
2) Recommended approval of the variance request regarding set
back from the new right-oi-way for the Liquor Store and
Kentucky Fried Chickeno
3) Approved as an addition to a large scale commercial development
the proposed plans, subject to:
a} Scored block constructionö
b) Connection of buildings with wall of similiar construction
to conceal service entrances and trash receptacles for
both businesseso .
c) Shrubbery plantings in front of entire structure facing
intersectionso
d) No non-conforming signs are included in this approvalo
