LOCATION OF THE WORK PERFORMED: Interior 8” CMU Wall. Elevator shaft at line 14.
REMARKS: Contractor placed 8” bond beam at door elevation at +32’ with two continuous #4 bars. At shear wall,
contractor placed #4 vertical reinforcing bar 16” O.C, and four #7 vertical reinforcing bars at each end. At remaining
perimeter walls, contractor placed #4 vertical reinforcing bar 48” O.C. Contractor grouted area solid.
☒ CONFORMANCE STATEMENT: Based on our observations, masonry construction activities at the above referenced
locations appeared to be in general conformance with the project plans and specifications.
