4. Littl~ rapo2:ted on the review by Little and Van\'¡irt of the Ski and Shore,
Inc. proposal and ,request for re...zoning. Thay felt the land was best
suited for this use and would not be det~tmental to area residential use.

5. Discussed 0. proposed change to the Zoning Ordinance submitted by the Town
Bos¿od. Reviewed and will act on latero
60 Kushner reported that the Annual meeting of the New York State Federation
of Planning Officials will be held in October for 3 days. Anyone interest-
ed in attending should contact him.
70 R.3vised sign ordinance has not been acted on by the Town Board although'
it has been in their hands for some t~e.
