Please except this modified draft for 3 Blackberry Lane, Queensbury, NY,
property of Brenda and Jim McLaughlin.
I have had a recent conversation with Bruce Frank from the Town Hall
regarding the zoning codes for home based occupations in the town of
Queensbury. He has asked that we submit a modified floor plan to be attached to
our original floor.plan regarding the basement revision.
Since we will be conducting our weddings and family portraits on location,
we will be using less space as originally planned. Our intentions for this new
space will be used for cataloging photos, processing orders and computer
generated work.
