60 (Continued)-Car1 Wilk and Walter Reichert discussed U. S. C. I. proposal with
us 0 Looking for 'approximately SO acres within lO to 15 miles of present
location. Where they have 11 acres split by railroad tracks. They need
building double present size wi th a modem air controlled environment ç Bard t
tbe present company,' and Wilk for U. S. Co I. have been looking at 20 'sites
in the last 8 months. Problems with many sites '~ither zoning or service.
They will have their own sewage disposal system, mainly domestic use.
They feel Bay Road, Aronson farm site is the best one for their useo They
bave talked with Hughes and one Bayberry Court owner. Next Tuesday they
plan to talk with all the Bayberry Court peopleo Bard has other areas in
mind but Reichert would like to keep their operation here in Queensburyó
They also have a South Glens Palls site under option.
No services will be demanded tbat a~e used at present; delivery is by light
trucking, UPS or Air Mail... Will set back 700' , form a pond on the existing
stream, plant trees on North a8 buffer, park on South or East, form lake at
rear in swampy area, will exit on Meadowbrook Road~ '
Building will be lOO,OOO square feet, with 30.000sqUÇ'efeetøffice and
