This is a picture of the North side roof. Upon
removal of roofing, it was discovered that the
rafters were rotten (top inch or so).
This side of the roof was sistered, as per the
suggestions of Dave Hatin (8/15/2006). For
the south side , I would prefer to remove the
rafters and build the proposed dormer.
Storage area A (page 3) was damaged during this phase of
construction. The sheetrock thatretained the insulation was
kicked through toallow room to walk on 1st floor top plate.
