1. All bathroom fixtures wax toilet bowl, bathtub, sinks, will be American
Standard, along with fauscets shower heads etc for these fixtures.
2. All segwage pipes will be plastic.
3. All water pipes will be copper.
4. Upstairs bathroom:
Install 1 5' bathtub(non slip bottom) . Install 1 toilet bowl.
install all plumbing for shower in bathtub. Seal bathtub with
Melamine wall covering to amke waterproof. Shower control
will be of single control variety. Install 1 singe k with 21
Va nity. Install a fake partition with wihich to arc take vent
up to roof. Remove all existing fixtures and pluming.
Install 1 sliding glass door on bathtub.
5. Downstairs bathroom:
Install 1 41 Shower base. Install all pluming for shower.
Seal shower with Melamine to make waterproof. Perform
carpentry work necessary to insert shower ILK under starir way.
Install 1 toilet bowl. Install 1 hanging sin*. Install 1 washer
hookup. Install vent for dryer from bathroom to outiasde wall.
1 glass door on shower.
6. Kitchen:
Install 1 32 x 31 inch stainless steel sing.
Install 1 dishwasher hookup.
7. Install 1 50 G allon Hot water heater (electriec)
8. Install two external water pipes 1 to fromt of house 1 to rear.
9. Connect seqvage to septic system at a point 3 foot outside of
house.
10. All plumbing, ib connectors, pipes etc. to accomplish the above.

1. Tear up all existing floor boards and floor joists, (houilse and shed)
2. Prepare existing dirt floor for pouring of concrete,house and shed)
3.. Lay down a four inch slab of concret over Poly sheeting in both house and
shed.
4. Form out fireplace base in proposed living room of house ( 12 feet in length)
5. Tear off old roof and back wall in shed.
6. Replace with new roof, and back wall and frame back wall for 3' door.
7. Lay new floor joists ( 2k" x 10" ) in complete first floor of house.
8. Cover floor joist with new floor (1//2" )
9. Knock out wall s between stairway and outside walls ( 2 walls) .
10. Put up main beams in these two areas ( 4 1/2" x 12" )
11. Support 1 main beam with 3 - 3 1/2" Pipe with pipe being supported
by concrete slab.
12. Fram in the downstarirs area for all windows and doors as follows:
2-3' doors, 1-Patio Door 6' , 5 windows of varying size from
3 to 5 ' , 2 12 foot openings in fromt of house.
This will include refinishing on onItififin of house with existing siding
so a finashed look will appear when windows are installed.
13. Fill in all other existing windows and finsishe outside with existing siding.

Note:. Concrete slab may be in two'levels to accomodate existing greade,
but when jdi complete there must be one continuous slab that
is sealed to outside .

1. Put up all partitions according to new floor plan.
2. Frame in for all windows and doors.
3. Close in all winds not used.
4. Frame in for new closets.
General:
1. Tear off all interior woodwork.

2. Insulate house in accordance with specifications for electric heat.
3. Install electricity and wiring in entire house.
4. Install kitchen cabinets first floor
5. Install septic tank
6. Install we&l.
7. Install electric heating
8. REpair slate roof for missing shingles.
9. Install deck in front of house
