CT0001, 6-30-11, Rev.9 Page 1 of 3 DOCUMENTS USED FOR INSPECTION: Structural, Bearing Shop. LOCATION OF THE WORK PERFORMED: Mixed Use Bldg. Stair 3 CMU walls. REMARKS: The contractor was laying course 5 at North, East and West walls, course 3 at South wall. A small amount of cantilever to the inside of the structure was observed at East and (North portion) of West wall (shear wall); about 0.25” where observed. SOG placement will likely be supporting the small amount of cantilever when the floor is placed. Mortar was sampled for compressive strength testing, see report. ☒ CONFORMANCE STATEMENT: Based on our observations, masonry construction activities at the above referenced locations appeared to be in general conformance with the project plans and specifications. ☐ WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS: A.
