CT0001, 6-30-11, Rev.9 Page 1 of 3 DOCUMENTS USED FOR INSPECTION: Structural LOCATION OF THE WORK PERFORMED: Mixed Use Bldg. Stair 3 CMU walls. REMARKS: The contractor grouted a 6-course lift to 18th course. After grouting the contractor laid 2 additional courses while this representative was on site; 20th course was bond beam. The contractor was preparing the wall to have solid grouting at all cells at about 2’ below 2nd Floor deck bearing where observed. Grout was sampled for compressive strength testing, see report. ☒ CONFORMANCE STATEMENT: Based on our observations, masonry construction activities at the above referenced locations appeared to be in general conformance with the project plans and specifications. ☐ WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS: A.
