Please review the general and special conditions included in the permit; these are intended to minimize any environmental disturbance associated with the authorized activity. The Article 15 approval was issued under a special delegation agreement with the Department of Environmental Conservation who normally issues these approvals. This eliminates the need for separate application forms and fees which would otherwise apply to this project.
